NOVEMBER 26 – (6pm) – Light up the night with Warwick Fire Department’s “Annual Tree Lighting” at the Old School Baptist Church, corner of Main St. and Church St. in Warwick Village. They will also be accepting unwrapped gifts for Toys for Tots and canned food for the food pantry.
Why was a different tree lit this year? Last year was the tree in the photo above.
The newly planted tree near the intersection of Main and Church Streets replaced the very large tree by the Old School Baptist Meeting House, which became too difficult to string lights, according to the Warwick Advertiser.
