Halloween Festival in Greenwood Lake

The festivities begin at:

3 pm – 5 pm – Trick or Treat? your little monsters and goblins can trick or treat throughout the Village at our many businesses. Brought to you by the Greenwood Lake Chamber of Commerce.

5:00 pm – Annual Greenwood Lake Fire Department Parade
This parade has been a Greenwood Lake Halloween staple! The parade of ghosts, goblins, witches and the like parading down Windermere Avenue. The parade starts by the Greenwood Lake Elementary School and ends at Greenwood Lake Park, Ben Winstanly Field. Prizes will be given for best costumes!

6:00 pm – 10:00 pm $5 cover charge per person

The Halloween Festivities continue throughtout the evening. The Terror trail brought to you by Friends and Family of Boy Scout Troop 121, will be open. There will be either a scare or no scare option. Be ready as there is something lurking behind every corner.

Don’t fret if you don’t want to do the Terror Trail there will be plenty to do. There will be bounce houses, a movie hay rides, face painting, pumpkin bowling and axe throwing.

The Village of Greenwood Lake has sponsored the movie “Monster House.”

There will be vendors selling great food as well as snacks and refreshments.

GWL FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
3-5pm Trick Or Treating throughout the Greenwood Lake business community.
5pm Costume Parade and Contest by the Greenwood Lake Fire Department from from the GWL Elementary School to Winstanley Park
6-9pm Terror Trail and Festivities: $5 Admission to enjoy the Trail, Hayrides, Bounce House, Movie, Vendors.

Additional fee for face painting, axe throwing and pumpkin bowling
