2024 Garden Tour
Our 30th Annual Countryside Garden Tour is scheduled for:
SATURDAY, JUNE 29, 2024, 9AM – 4PM
(RAIN DATE SUNDAY, JUNE 30)
This event promotes horticulture and landscape design through a self-guided tour of several spectacular gardens in Warwick and the surrounding area. It is one of the most anticipated club functions of the year. Funds raised will benefit community programs and the maintenance of nine gardens throughout the town of Warwick. It’s a great way to get out and enjoy the outdoors again.

GW Day 5K! and Fun Run

Dash down the streets of the Village of Warwick in the WHS Annual George Washington Day 5K and Fun Run, beginning and ending in Veterans Memorial Park, 29 Forester Ave. This year’s race is bigger and better, with the course certified as a 5K by the USA Track and Field Association!
Enjoy the only course through the Village, past historic landmarks and through the beautiful park. Take photos with “George and Martha Washington” and feel the camaraderie and spirit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Registration is now open, $25 to participate, registration fee increases to $30 from July 1 to 20. The race begins promptly at 8:30 a.m.
The annual Onion Festival will take place this year on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024 at the beautiful PLAV pavilion in Pine Island.
Eighteen-time Grammy winner Jimmy Sturr & His Orchestra will be there starting at 2 p.m., featuring The Janosik Folk Dancers from Philadelphia, PA
Come and enjoy the tasty food prepared by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Legion.
The festival is held rain or shine. There is plenty of free parking.
The festival always draws a huge crowd so get there early and bring your lawn chair.
