Join the Florida Public Library and representatives of a variety of local community organizations as they come together to discuss the issue of preserving our local environment. Help the library determine how its Library of Things can be used to facilitate the repair and upcycle of materials that might otherwise end up in a landfill, or provide other ideas to keep our community beautiful!

PFC Benjamin Valenti , Army WWII Veteran and Purple Heart recipient was born May 11th, 1917 in Bronx, NY. He was drafted into the US Army on January 15th, 1941 and served with the 39th Infantry Regiment, 9th Infantry Division during WWII.
Ben’s Garden is a symbol of what makes our country great. We must never forget the courage of the men and women in uniform serving today and those who have served in the past.
The ceremony will be held at Veteran’s Memorial Park in the Village of Warwick, NY on August 27th, 2021 at 12pm
