join Mena Messina Designs our resident jewelry artist for an afternoon of jewelry making! From 12-2pm Mena will walk you through the art of earring making with wire, metal, glass beads and gems. Tools & supplies are included but you’re welcome to bring your own to mix & match.
Lots of fun things happening in Pine Island this summer. Drowned Lands Historical Society will host a free, family friendly event in Pine Island Park this Thursday July 15th from 6:00 until dusk to showcase fossils, artifacts etc lead by a team of experts, historians, and geologists. You will be able to purchase merchandise from our website for a limited time that will be specially made for our Chamber. Stay tuned for details about the art installation coming to Pine Island Park. Pine Island Taphouse will be having their grand opening this Saturday July 17th at 12:00. General Admission: $3 per person (Age 2 and over), includes Free Parking and Entrance to the Apple Orchard, Petting Zoo, Play Area, and Farm Stand.
+$32 for each ½ bushel of apples picked which includes a free PYO bag.
Hours: Open to the Public Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays – Labor Day (9/6), Rosh Hashanah (9/6-9/7), Yum Kippur (9/15-9/16), Columbus Day (10/11) – from 9:00am – 6:00pm.
