






Warwick, NY – The Warwick Historical Society invites the community to celebrate its 119th birthday with a special open house on Sunday, April 6, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. This free event offers a rare opportunity to explore several of Warwick’s most treasured historic properties and learn more about the Society’s work in preserving local history.
Have you ever wanted to step inside The Meeting House, visit Warwick’s oldest residence, The Shingle House, or tour the beautifully recreated 1810 Ketchum House? Now is your chance! Volunteer docents will be on hand at each location to share fascinating stories and historical insights about these remarkable sites.
Start your journey at the A.W. Buckbee Events Center, where guests can pick up maps of the open properties, enjoy complimentary refreshments, and meet members of the Society’s Board and staff. Learn about volunteer opportunities, membership, and the important work of preserving Warwick’s history for future generations.

Come one, come all to our Annual BELTANICA Festival, where we celebrate the Festival of Life! 11AM-5PM
Join us for a day of celebration as we give thanks for the abundance of the earth, of all that we have in our lives, and look forward to the onset of summer and sunny days ahead. There will be metaphysical craft vendors, psychic readers, herbal and magical workshops and classes, music, food, and fun!
Our celebrations and workshops will also feature lavender and hawthorn–you will learn all about these magical herbs and how to utilize them in your life for the better!
There will be a Maypole blessing and dance during the event with a ritual celebration at 3:00 pm.
Dress in your spring best–Renaissance-styled garb encouraged–and be ready for an amazing day of spring magic!

Available Programs for 2025
Basketball, cheerleading, soccer, football, track,
tennis, lacrosse, and the park program.
*Please note that all programs close when full.
Park Program Registration
The Park Program will register weekly this year.
The cost is $20 per child per week.
Eligibility
Children must be between 5 and 12 years old,
graduated kindergarten, and be enrolled
in the Warwick Valley Central School District.
Health Guidelines
The Summer Program adheres to the guidelines
recommended by the Orange County Board of Health.
Parents are required to provide a copy of their
child(ren)’s immunization record to the program counselors.





Party in the Park
The Party in the Park is a favorite tradition, evolving from a potluck picnic to a refreshing evening soiree. Tickets are $115 for WHS members, $140 for non-members. Call 845-986-3236 for tickets and information.

Black and White Garden Gala, 1900-1930’s Theme Attire and Accessories encouraged but not required.
The evening includes specialty cocktails provided by Warwick Valley Winery & Distillery and the Last Whisky Bar, a catered dinner by the renowned Landmark Inn, fine wine courtesy of Peck’s Wine & Spirits, and an array of interesting silent and chance auction items up for bid, donated from individuals and local businesses.
Tickets are on Sale now, $80 for WHS members, $100 for non-members includes a Friend level membership and its perks.

Our 29th Annual Countryside Garden Tour is scheduled for:

This event promotes horticulture and landscape design through a self-guided tour of several spectacular gardens in Warwick and the surrounding area. It is one of the most anticipated club functions of the year. Funds raised will benefit community programs and the maintenance of nine gardens throughout the town of Warwick. It’s a great way to get out and enjoy the outdoors again.

35th annual Warwick Applefest: More than 200 craft vendors, dozens of food vendors, nonprofit exhibitors, live music and entertainment, children’s carnival, farmers market, village shopping and an apple pie baking contest. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parking available outside the village with shuttles to/from the festival.
